Our Process

We share your excitement about what your new home will be, and will explore every facet of your vision as we help guide you through the process. During the initial interview, we try to understand your needs, and desires so that we can most efficiently put together a package that works for you. We will discuss various options including location, floor plan, specifications, budget, and schedule. When you are confident with our plan, we will move into the design phase.

Barry Bullard Homes offers “turnkey” custom building plans and interior design services. Our design team develops your design, whether it be from one of our portfolio plans, or we create a unique one-of-a-kind design tailored to your vision. During the design process, we also discuss materials and finish options with you to determine your final design and specifications. Once the plans and specifications package is complete, we develop final pricing and construction documents necessary for permitting and financing your new home. We truly believe “the difference is in the details,” and we make every effort to create a home that will stand out, and that you will be proud to own and live in.

As a custom builder, our major objective is to make the entire building process as pleasant and positive for the homeowner as possible. We make every effort to accommodate your needs, whatever they may be, and to deliver your home on time and on budget. There are many choices and decisions to be made during the process and we are there to guide you through that process.
